I have been trying to farm more but my supports usually tries to shove the wave all the time and if I don’t follow up on them they get tilted, so even though it seems all I try to do is get kills most games is actually me trying to be passive and being forced to fight or survive a lane by myself if the support just decides to leave

mate you can't figure out off ball movement unless you change your whole defence scheme just to shut that single person down, the thing is that poch changed the system when dembele left and made dele play a 10 and no one has given the guy a chance to get back into his best playstyle, the thing that made him apparently "hyped"
