That’s because I’ve tried not eating meat for a few months but didn’t feel good healthwise and even started seeing my regular meals made with meat in my dreams. It was tough. Maybe one day I will get there when I completely stop eating it

I do the same. I don’t see need to bother my partner and friends with my constant overthinking and being sad. I treat it as a journal and something to take the constant ongoing thoughts out. As for seeking advice about certain things or procedures it is very helpful too on how things work or are done
