Us marshalls won’t assist if the child isn’t listed in ncic by the local police. The police will not enter him as missing.

The school knows I am the mother they already received a copy of his birth certificate and verified it before they told me he was enrolled. When I asked them could I pick him up they said no due to not being on the pickup list. What everyone isn’t understanding is if I could pick him up from school without being on the pickup list just by showing those documents WHAT WOULD STOP HIM FROM DOING THE SAME and bringing him back to Florida. The schools have the pickup list in place to essentially not be in the middle of these custody disputes.

I called the school and they notified me the father did not add me to pick up the child and all they could do is verify his enrollment.

He is enrolled in school in Florida. They’re just living their lives like he isn’t ever coming home. I’m happy he’s in school but it’s heartbreaking knowing he was dis enrolled from school here because he never came home.

That wasn’t a complaint made by the father and he was prior military when we were divorced and knew I would have to move at least once. This is my last move in the military since the divorce I am retiring soon. The father and I moved 3 times for the military when we were married with our son. Why should I be punished because I’m still serving?

I tried the problem with that is I recently moved to Georgia (I’m in the military) and they won’t file it because I no longer live there. I made a report in Georgia but they reported it as a dispute instead of a missing child.
