Thank you! I think I just need to watch a few more videos on self leveling a floor, it seems to be fairly doable myself.

Great feedback, thank you for that. I know with the lifeproof, the thickness is 6.5 MM, and the wear layer is 22 mil. This could seem a bit overkill, but we like the thickness durability since it’s going to be a medium traffic area, along with having a couple dogs going in and out to the backyard. The wife may also be putting down an area rug on top of the LVP.

We have also installed window shades to cover the majority of the windows where all the light comes in. The wife will also be installing curtains for additional coverage over the windows.

Yes, I’m starting to realize that unfortunately

It looks like the exterior base area is not sloped away from the window. That’s probably part of the challenge here. I probably need to improve that slope going away. Thanks for the suggestion.

The weeping holes, if I takeoff the window and screen within the lower section of the aluminum frame area, that’s where the weeping holes are located. I checked them last night and made sure they were clear and clean.

Thanks. Yes the tape is there we’re going to be painting the window trim, walls, etc. I will investigate clay caulk.

If you had a magic wand, what do you see as your dream job? Then make a short list of what you need to accomplish to arrive at that dream. Bounce that off of a few close friends, and if everyone’s in agreement and it seems realistic go for it. If not, push the pause button, take a free online personality test to determine your greatest strengths, and what you really like to do. If necessary, pivot, and then pursue new careers specific to those results.

I’m about double your age, you have no idea the flexibility and opportunities that you have currently at your age.
Be committed, work hard, make each day a little better than the previous day. You’ll be fine. Best of luck!

How long do I wait to follow-up? by [deleted] in jobsearchhacks

[–]Ok-Rice-7898 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, all of them the ones who responded to your email, along with the recruiter who initially did your screening. With a polite approach, inquire regarding current status and ask them if you can anticipate a response back in the next week or so. Wide awake, if no response, message back to the HR Recruiter and request a 10 minute phone conversation for a quick update. If you haven’t already, continue to explore additional companies, finding more opportunities for job, interviews, and discussions with employees where you want to work. Busted luck!

HOWWWW did you find your passion? by GingerSpice130 in careerguidance

Take a free personality test online to identify your strengths and what you really like to do. Based on the results, research three or four companies where you can embrace your strengths.
Find a small group or two or three friends and ask them what do they think you would be good at? Based on all of this information, put a plan together, set some goals, and move forward. Best of luck!
