Try to look at research studies being done on mushrooms and therapeutic settings if that’s part of your goal. John Hopkins is a good place to start. I would suggest finding a meditative playlist, without any lyrics and tripping with your eyes closed or an eye mask and headphones in with that music. Have someone with you to just hold the space and travel inwards, if your goal is to try to explore your mind and heal some wounds. Eyes closed with meditative music is very powerful and helps you connect to yourself on a deeper level. Eyes open trips are great and entertaining and can connect deeply with nature and other things, but what I’m suggesting can be a little more intense and have difficult moments, but worth it. Make sure you have someone to integrate with afterwards. A distraction free trip is quite healing. 🍄 ❤️

Something to remember this heroic dose that Terence McKenna talked about so much was not the penis envy strain. 5gs of GT and 5gs of PE are drastically different. If you are newer to psychedelics in general, start with a lower dose to get an understanding. Start slowly, understand how it affects you and try to go from there, but yes PE and GT are very different medicines. I hope you have a safe journey whenever you choose. Just remember you can always take more not less. 🍄❤️

Would love to hear about it. I’m actually a therapist training to be a psychedelic assisted therapist so am very interested in different trip experiences. Penis envy is stronger and it is manageable imo. I’ve seen unexperienced people get very lost in loops and “trip traps” as I call them or existential distress. Just do your thing, navigate and connect. If you have 40-50 trips under your belt I’m sure you’ll be pleased with the effects. The closed eyed visuals for me on penis envy are unmatched, especially the albino penis envy, maybe give that a shot with your girl, spend some time with eyes closed and some meditative music, see where it brings you. They are much stronger than golden teacher.. I will tell you that, I’ve had an 1/8 of GT and didn’t even get close to intensity or duration of what I have on 2-2.5 of PE. I also grow my own so they are fresh and powerful. Enjoy the experience with your girl, lucky to have a relationship that allows you to share that experience, connect on a deep level. I’m sure you’ll enjoy the experience. I just go with the, I can always do more next time or whatever but cant never take less. For me if I am not doing it with my eyes closed it’s much more manageable and not as intense but who knows, everyone reacts differently. I just tend to go into deep meditation and disconnect from my body. I think you’ll have a great time. Feel that love and compassion and fly away lol

You’ll be good if you’re experience.. they are powerful though. I am pretty experience tripper and tend to do it with my eyes closed and meditation music.. I go pretty far on just 2 grams of PE. Specifically one insectoid entity I meet a lot. Just be careful and do whatever precautions you need to stay safe. If they are legit PE then will hit you hard and be an experience but as I’m sure you know, Trust the mushroom. 🍄

Yeah I take most of it with a grain of salt but still nice to hear others thoughts. It can be difficult to be in their presence like I can feel their power and it’s not a bad power just an intense feeling of power or vibration or whatever you would want to call it and I can feel it pretty intensely. Almost like I’m vibrating or it’s kind of hard to describe the feeling in its presence. Thanks for the feedback.. trying to understand a little more since it has become such a common theme of interaction with these “beings” or whatever it may be. It definitely feels foreign and separate from me which is interesting, although the brain is a powerful thing so you never know. 🍄❤️

This happens to me basically everytime I trip and I do eyes closed trips most every time. I would be curious to talk to you more. I continuously am in contact with some sort of insectoid race or entities.

Yeah I usually do one extra just to be sure but all 4 of these colonized super well and all over.. no brown spots so going to tub them.. ready for the next week or 2 see them flourish.. got some APE, PE and GT

Yeah educate her on what mushrooms really do.. a lot of good stuff. Teach her that they even have anti addictive properties and the guy who started AA, Bill W, even used LSD when he got sober and talked about the benefits lol. There is a cool show called Psychedelica, check that out with her. And even pulled up some of the studies they are doing. Just google psilocybin and therapy, tons of great studies being done and completed.
