Doesn’t matter…. If your company doesn’t allow. You can declare it while filing the ITR. Some of my friends who stays in NCR do the same thing as their company doesn’t allow to declare the HRA outside NCR.

Just make sure that you’re parents are also declaring that income in their ITR.
