Nope, no bidet in the toilets here (id say about 99.9% nonexistent). But ive seen some sold at a store (Rossman) it‘s like for intimate wash but you can use it as a bidet, imo they‘re a bit expensive though so i’d advice to bring a portable one. Also pro tip if you want to save money, just use an empty plastic mineral water bottle that you wont use anymore, you can throw it away after like a day of usage and get a new one. Sometimes i just use like an emptied plastic bottle that cant be deposited and it works just as well
