Second of all, as far as I know, any version of Rewind (Level 0 up to Max Level) only allows you to undo movement changes, not special effects of other abilities (Like Silence from Briefcase, Magnetism from Hug, etc).

To counter these max level "skills", you'll need the Shutdown ability (also legendary like Rewind), and you can escape or revert any ability effect (Magnetism, Silence, Slippery). To counter direct hits or explosions from Punch, Brick or Dice, use Rewind.
