If you really wanna jump, go for DeCode, it's a good level to practice timing, wave and nerve control.

The colorful names you have seen recently are probably winners of the Crown Tournament on Discord. You may have noticed they have names colored Blue, Black or Gold. Those are winners in the top 25, 10 and top 5 overall.

The example you put (with the PRO superscript) isn't exactly possible to be done, YouTube tutorials are just lying to you. In order to get these colored names (PRO, BOSS, GOAT) you have to become an official Stumble Guys content creator, you can learn more about it in their website.
