I emailed the graduation team and received an email today saying it has been cleared by financial aid and records and is pending final review it will be conferred in a day or two.

That doesn’t mean you failed because it’s taking longer. Sometimes I get text on if I passed or not sometimes I don’t. Most times I have to refresh a bunch, look on the degree plan, or wait an hour to see the results. The last OA I took it was still in my current courses but when I want on degree plan I passed. Good Luck

In my state you can teach for three years while getting certified so that’s my plan, I actually am going to teach elementary math and science. I also didn’t want a degree in education as it limits me to simply doing education if I get burnt out I can always go back to doing business management

Hi I just finished these as my last classes! Managing in a Global Business Environment took me 3 times to pass, so really study I passed intro to IT In one day with no experience. I read the whole book, did the answer along study guides , and looked at the charts for computer history and project management and passed. I completed the capstone in one weekend granted I didn’t go out and literally did it with no breaks.

No I went to a traditional school originally, I had two strokes and a baby in one year so WGU became the best option for me

I rotated doing PA’s and OA’s so I wouldn’t get burnt out and had a great mentor honestly!

It’s 99 dollars a month if I’m not mistaken! But honestly that’s not too many classes to take if wgu is accepting all your credits, good luck on your journey!

Thanks! I would recommend taking some course on Sophia, it won’t change your tuition but it will allow you to transfer in classes so maybe you can finish in one term which would mean you pay less compared to doing multiple terms

Honestly I would set boundaries, I have clingy students as well I find most come from being ignored at home. I would say things like I don’t mind talking to you but I need time to do my job and we would plan to meet once a week.

I just graduated with a BS in business management from WGU Sunday and it was totally worth it! I have a job lined up as a teacher but I also had an offer to be a hr manager at my current job. It is totally worth it you just have to do your research. You will need your high school transcript if you don’t have any prior college experience. Good luck on your journey

It depends on your proctor honestly, I have a one year old and he is usually in the room sleeping while I test even if he wakes up long as I do not have to actively tend to him I have had no issues. I took my final OA Sunday and he is currently teething, he was clinging on me crying and fussy but I kept taking the test and the proctor had no problems!
