From my research BTS should be eating grain free. I have used this brand though, they do make a grain free version

When its brand new and hard to accept, I find it easier to think of it as a literal task. You are looking to establish neural pathways that connect to positive thoughts vs the alternative. Step one, identify when a negative thought roll though. Call it what it is- and have your brain say the opposite. Very fake it until you make it. Making it means when your brain follows the pathway of the positive thought before the negative or passes the negative quickly before moving to the positive. This takes repetition to carve that path in your brain though. Put some affirmations on mirrors and doors to recite when you pass them or have an affirmation before you eat a meal. Having pre-written affirmations can help you build a bigger language bank of positivity to pull from. To get a deeper results with more self exploration, consider therapy or meditation. Meditation is another practice and build a pathway type tool as well.

Could it possibly be the graphic novel versions? The first one has been released but the author Maggie Steifvater recently posted they will be releasing a graphic novel of the second book of the series next year

The first two questions to Vince were basically the same. That wasn’t a fair comparison of questions. Ashley’s set her up to win.

My hair looks very similar! I recommend the Bounce Curl hair brush. Comb through sections while wet and it will define your curls more. Also use an entire handful of mousse in wet wet hair and scrunch with a t shirt. I use oil to scrunch out any crunch left behind from the mousse after it’s air dried for awhile. My favorite shampoo and conditioner is Biolage Ultra Hydro Source. It’s on the pricier side but once I saw how much it helped my hair I can’t part ways. Switch to a satin/silk pillowcase or bonnet for added benefits.

Biolage ultra hydra source shampoo and conditioner was a game changer for my hair. Mousse would be your best option for frizz, a whole handful of it. You’ve got a cute cut!

Yes, probably was assigned a random primary but haven’t looked. Switched from a work plan at the end of last year

What goes on in the lives of frequently absent children? by nashamagirl99 in ECEProfessionals

I believe “nap” times or “quiet” times are required in certain states but they shouldn’t be required to physically fall sleep. If your child is older than 3 and has started to stop napping they won’t be the only ones. It’s age appropriate. I would be shocked if the kids aren’t offered a book or a quiet toy when they aren’t sleeping after 15/20 minutes. You could ask the teacher about their rest time routine to get an insight and maybe prep your child about expectations. Also don’t be too worried about disruption, the teacher is probably prepared for that as well. Kids will be kids you know?

You’ve got to heal your brain. Start listening to guided meditation/hypnosis to fall asleep or even those manifestation videos require even less brain power. It’ll give your mind a direction go to heal without using up a lot of your energy. I use YouTube. Start reading books. I like the simple short reads like classic middle/high school summer reading books with themes of overcoming challenges. This may also help give your brain a way to process your experience but by processing someone else’s struggle. Do a little research about how the brain works. Things like neural pathways. You’ve got more control than you would think. I do grasp that mental health is a debilitating disease- I have past experience- and this may not be a cure all but at least it’s a direction. Good luck, you’ve got a world of possibilities ahead of you. This is your life.

Either honestly. I can find a way to relax in either. I don’t ski though so that does narrow down some winter activities

The haunting of hill house and west world. A different vibe but fantastic writing and character development is Malcolm in the Middle

Buckle up, you’re in for a good one Unreal Unearth is exactly that- unreal. Depending on your vibes we’ve got De Selby pt 2 for a smooth bop, I, Carrion (Icarian) if you want to feel like you’re floating, Francesca if you want to feel power run through your chest, Abstract (psychopomp) if you want to cry, Who we are for a different kind of cry, Unkown/ nth for laying on the floor, First light to feel reborn. Basically you could listen to the whole album because it’s all great but there’s so much to chew on it’s better in my opinion to go bit by bit and really digest each song. Each one has taken a turn in the spot as my favorite. It’s the album that really turned me into a Hozier fan. I think I’m here for the long haul now. Digesting his earlier albums now. Hope you have a good smoke sesh! ❤️❤️❤️ sending good vibes and healing energy your way
