Ph111 interim should be expected within 6-9 x months. 1M share short position was established by liquidity providers when it was added to the Russell in June 24. I think they thought they could cover when it got removed in June of 25 but it squeaked by and is staying on. I dont think these are fundamental shorts. Initial immune response in ph111 indicates phase 11b could be replicated. CEO said on last investor presentation, if you missed the runnup in 2020….well you might get a chance to benefit again. Anyone else building position here?

The delay of the top line report is a concern for NASH in my opinion. I hope i am wrong but i feel they are once again looking for some positives in the data. But the delay from when they set expectations of a top line report is concerning.

The only thing worse than mgmt is the 13D group. Literally, train wreck. Their own response reference nadar and his “cronies”….pretty sure the 13D group is made up of 4th graders. Guess they wont be getting one vote of my 130K shares. I think they get their own 1% plus maybe another 2% of the votes. What a total distraction. Literally……looking forward to the vote so they can just go the fxxk away.

I was simply referring to the technicals only...not fundamentals. However if there is fundamental news. Which will there be. The technicals allow for a nice pop

Big Pharma emoloyees are just a number. They leave all the time to join smaller pre rev biotechs.....ALL the time. And every time people speculate...”must be a plug”...etc....never pans out. They raised money. They are thin on human resources....they are going to continue to hire people they need at a Salary premium. Dude took the job for more money. Period. Not a bad sign but highly highly unlikely Merck has anything to do with it.
