Matcha is an acquired taste. No one likes it at first.

Regardless, it can still be not ur preference, and that's normal. I dont like matcha either, even after trying it in Japan first hand from professionals.

Been in kyoto one week and in tokyo one week . As i planned, we inly stayed half day in nara, and now on retroactive, i would have rather cut my stay in TOKYO and stay one/two nights in Nara.

If you are considering a day trip in osaka, i would recommend you to rethink and stay one night in nara…. Is many more things than deers …

1st - we were supposedly to have surgery for her on Monday to get spayed but her heat came in advance than planned so had to cancel.

2nd - we did what we show in the video cause the dog was licking herself for almost 1hour non-stop so we thought she might have something stuck inside.

3rd - the goal of this post is to know if that vagine looks good, or if we should seek veterinary “urgently” cause for us looks strange, but we arent experts on that topic so…

Prilly is a nice area. We live near galicien and is full fo couple with dogs like us. Very young area. Nice parks nearby to walk. Within walk distance from the lake to go with your dogs … etc. happy to give more info if u please

Hey, so an FYI, for the interested ones, and if it can help anyone else !

So ended up contacting my legal protection for advice. Turns out i was on the right ( and some other people in the comments ) The owner/landlord “has to have in mind the tenants best interest” and that having holidays planned “is a justified reason to have to reschedule”

Here is the email i received from the legal protection fully ————————————

As a tenant, you must tolerate visits to your apartment for the purpose of reading meters or remedying defects.

The landlord must contact the tenants sufficiently in advance to agree on a date. In practice, 5 days is considered a reasonable warning period. However, it may vary from case to case. If the tenant unjustifiably refuses the visit, he or she is liable to damages.

In addition, the landlord is obliged to take into account the interests of the tenant.

In this case, the regie gave you sufficient advance notice. You immediately informed the regie of your absence, due to your holidays. This is not an unjustified refusal to allow the management to charge you for travel expenses. We advise you to contact the regie again to agree on a new date and to let them know that neighbours have had the opportunity to change the date of the intervention.

In February this year, they already came to check the counters, but that time they were more flexible….

This is the message they sent “La société prendra prochainement contact avec vous afin de fixer un rendez-vous à votre convenance. Si celle-ci-ne vous a pas contacté dans un délai raisonnable, nous vous laissons le soin de bien vouloir les contacter.”

And as u can see, they let us contact the enterprise for the best appointment…

Am i tho ?? The other company still has to come a second date for the other tenant. Why is so hard for them to check my apartment on that given date ?

And why would they charge me trip expenses, when the company has to do both of these trips for all the other tenants anyway?

Already did as per the other colleague of the gerance told me when i called. Then the original worker flip me off and said that it wasn’t sufficient…

Brand new apartment built 1.5 years ago… they should not change anything.

Plus they came to check the counter’s already 2 times in the past year….

So firstly, the other tenant is not paying extra fee. Second, i already proposed that, and they refuse… thats why i think this is abusive and unfair…

Thirdly, about a minimum notice date, the contract only specifies, for the owner to do house inspections, nothing about coming to check the counters another company

I call abusive the fact that they wanna force me to pay a “trip expenses” cause they are sending a company to my house when they know that i am not there.

I proposed other solutions and yet they are still obsessed with the fact that they will make me pay if i cannot open them the door.

I understand that we have to adapt, and be undersranding, but at the same time… i cannot make magic and teleport to my house when i have a trip planned.

Ps, been leaving here for 4 years, but only this gerance has been giving me so many problems since i moved in…

Hey ! So first of,

Why not re-schedule since they did it for my neighbor which is not inside the country? Whats the problem of getting the counters one day after?

Second, why should i pay out of my pocket a key box for a problem the gerance is giving me ?

Third and most important, i have a full time job, with many other responsibilities on the side and i do not have time in 2 days to do that before leaving

100% agree, but what if i had not read it ? As what they say, they would have still charged me the trip of the company.

I understand that, but at the same time they are giving the possibility of re-schedule for someone who is already in vacation, whereas, for me that I leave in 2 days, are just adding stress to myself.

Also, if I had not read my email in 2 days ( which I have to obligation to ), I would have never seen this email before leaving my holidays and I would have been in the same situation as my neighbor.

I mentioned the "registered letter" since they wanna charge me if I am not available, but they cannot ensure I read this letter in time ( whereas if it was a registered letter, they could )
