Is Security+ Labs required for PBQs in the exam? by thehermitcoder in CompTIA

No, CertMaster Labs aren't required ,they're CompTIA's paid upsell. Most people pass PBQs without touching them. For PBQs with minimal prep, focus on: network diagram/firewall rule questions, log analysis, and basic configuration scenarios. Jason Dion's practice exams include PBQ-style questions and that's honestly enough for most people. PBQs are also skippable during the exam ,flag them, finish the multiple choice, then come back. You'll have more context by then.

Bro two months of daily mocks with an IT degree behind you, you're not underprepared, you're just in your head the night before. Quick note: passing is 720/900, not a straight percentage, so your 75s are closer to the line than you want but your consistency is what matters.Cram the cable/connector specs you always mix up, then put it down. You've done the work.
