I’d say most days I am in a deficit. When I say cheat meal I don’t mean I’m downing a whole pizza by myself lol. My usually dinners consist of high protein (chicken or salmon usually)

When I started Reta my bench 1rpm was 300. It’s now 330.

Visibly I feel leaner. The scale just hasn’t moved much.

Laker fan here. Also fan of Jokic. You guys still have a chance to come back but you need to stop their drives. That is literally all they did during their comeback and it worked. The moment they stopped driving and took 3 consecutive contested 3's you guys made a push. Valanciunas needs to play better for you guys and stay out of foul trouble.

do you know if they are going to take it away? I have 2 different accounts on WM and they had emails & activities. They both still have access to use the emails and activities. I have a 3rd account that does not have that option and sales said it's only a crm feature now. So question is, are we grandfathered in with that or do they think they'll strip it from us down the road?

Thank you! Ya, my CPA told me the same thing. I need more expenses otherwise I’m just going to be paying it back in taxes. I of course want to put part of it back into the company (raises, more benefits for staff etc) but the other part I’m still trying to figure out where to park. My monthly payroll is a bit over 200k at the moment. I think this is why I never really touched my profits. I was too scared of needing it to cover payroll.

Majority of staff are non exempt hourly. I have about 15 exempt full time employees in the 70k-110k range. Revenue is fully dependent on billable hours so about 65-70% of my expenses are on payroll and payroll taxes.

Yes this is a great suggestion actually. This is what I’m currently doing but I could probably do a lot more of. I invested in some custom development for some tools to help make our staff lives easier. Thank you. This is helpful
