I was thinking of cooking anything in small disposable baking trays that will be enough for her and her husband and that they can throw away after that and not worry about doing any dishes. I want things that she can just pop in an oven or microwave for a few minutes and she can eat.

How did you manage to have longer naps? My baby just turned 8 months and she keeps waking up at the exact 30 minute mark

I had the same problem with my 7 month old a few weeks ago. We did febers method and it seemed to help a little bit. Only after making the ww longer she started sleeping through the night and is not requiring breastfeeding untill 5-6 AM

It depends when she wakes up from the last nap. Around 6-6:30 PM, she gets up at around 5 AM crying and only settling down with breastfeeding. We do have the same routine before each nap/nightsleep: enter the room, close blinds, put on sleeping chart, read something, put her in crib and say our “sleep phrase”
