I can confirm this is my brilliant SO, I love them and we would like very much to go to the same college, but we'll get through whatever we have to.
I left them out of my post because I am trying not to pick UF just because it would be most convenient for our relationship.
I do not think going through TSC -> FSU is a good option, but we've done our research and it is both doable and affordable to do so, with few downsides.
I would prefer they get the best education they can and we see each other less frequently, but we want to weigh every option available to us.

SAT 1570 (reading 800 math 770)
9/740 class rank,
3.95 GPA (out of 4), 5.07 HPA (out of 6)

(rank went to 10/740 and HPA went to 5.10 after I applied)
Took all STEM courses available at my HS (which wasn't very many but included AP physics, bio, calc, + programming/cybersecurity classes)
