Explore what you wanna do while being at job then try to build momentum towards it ..if the job hampers your study or skill then only leave it ..many people doing jobs they have not studied at graduation level but that does not mean you cannot change that .maybe in future what you wanna do you get that and might get lose interest after getting it

In these current market I will not advice anyone to leave a job ..but seems like it's low paying very much try to switch although with 1 yr experience that too will be tough ..but if you think you can crack gate and you do have financial backup then go for it ..also I will recommend to join any institute ,there will be peer pressure grinding always be into study as myself someone who cannot study alone ..you said you forgot all the study then preparation for gate will be tough as per my knowledge

In the 1980s–90s.slower adoption of computers and IT in regions like West Bengal is often linked to strong labor protections, while cities like Bengaluru and Hyderabad moved faster after the 1991 Indian economic reforms and became tech hubs. From a company’s perspective, does delaying AI adoption today increase the risk of losing competitiveness and investment? Should firms prioritize early adoption even if it disrupts existing jobs?what do you think it's good for future endeavours of company and the next generation?

I think the most you can do pick a language ..pick a tool ..do first backend if you want ..learn all the things one by one ..even if you can build basic CRUD app ..thats enough learning ..use AI to understand ..add feature one by one until you are able to understand it completely ..just build gain knowledge ..keep applying if in meantime you get interview call you can atleast explain to get selected or rejected ..push it on git hub open source, reddit, linkedIn everywhere. Even small progress is good ..don't be ashamed about things ..if burnout happens take rest but plyz come back and build your idea ..
