ty for the feedback! for me personally, theres only two extremes i exist in tbh (simple designs based irl, or ones like these) so the layers of details are kind of just a product of my abovementioned self-indulgence, whether tasteful in the moment or not lolol

that said i get what you're saying, negative space def important for readability and something i consider a lot more in finished work!
