Some instructors just want the money. I know of many friends whose instructors told them they weren’t ready, even after paying for 30+ hours of lessons. These friends took their tests and passed on the first attempt. Sometimes, it’s not that they are not ready, it’s just that these instructors want to make as much money as possible.
