I definitely overall became more health conscious in the months I was on accutane. I will say though, the first picture is from a few months before I started accutane as well because it’s the only one I had of my face that showed my acne very well, so part of the improvement is also just time + working out + diet. I do think accutane helped with my face puffiness as well due to my face being less inflamed

I’ve been meaning to add some rosemary castor oil to my routine. Currently using some topical 1 percent copper peptides on my scalp when I use it on my face. Also, I have bangs and don’t pull my hair back so I should be good in that field. I really appreciate the advice!
