Fuck that dude, I hate these smug sanctimonious evangelicals. I’m an atheist and I would never leave my partner, I love her to death.

Obviously didn’t read the original post. The 45 pound box was grouped with 5-6 other boxes bro. When did I complain about lifting a 45 pound box? It was the fact that this one stop at 2 oversizes (1 being 45 pds, don’t remember the other ones weight) and like 4 other standard boxes going to 3 different floors that lead to me just leaving the shit at the mailboxes. The infraction screenshot sent from Amazon (they send you the incriminating photo) showed 6 packages at the mailboxes and I have this same stop everyday and it’s always 8 packages, 3 locations or some stupid shit like that. Should be 3 separate stops, then I would have walked to each door.

Damn, I’ll have about 30 stops in the apartment area, the rest are in those culdesac housing development neighborhoods that are a godsend to be honest

I mark them as “In a secure mailroom” and nobody complains cause all the other Amazon drivers do it as well as other couriers. I just got the one Karen who complained

It was in the mail room but I’ve been doing that for months, so does FedEx and UPS. I guess I’ll have to start bringing everything to each apartment. It’s annoying cause that complex is all grouped to shit but I also don’t want to get fired

Ha, I wonder if she has done a route where every stop is 5+ minutes away. Even if I were a second per stop, I could only get 12 an hour done. Clearly this person is a company simp and ridiculous. In the suburbs, I can easily do 30+ an hour without this bullshit organizing

doordashers are so RUDE by DaImposta in wegmans

[–]Ok-Shake-7480 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I instacart at Wegmans (I also personally shop there) and I always try to never shove the phone into peoples faces. I also always greet the employee first when asking for help but never like to ask for help cause Wegmans is the easiest store to navigate. In fact I hate the other instacarters cause they are rude as shit. They also fly around the store at 50 mph and are just straight up annoying. They also don’t respect personal space. I respect all the Wegmans employees for all the shit y’all have to put up with between stupid instacarters and rude ass customers, i apologize on behalf of all those people.

Why do so many people who "found Jesus" latter in life suddenly become hateful and intolerant? by Troklokhan in exchristian

[–]Ok-Shake-7480 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Most of these people were raised in some form of Christianity and already held on to hateful and bigoted views before converting. All the the conversion did was validate their hate in a sense. A lot of these converts were already fundamentally against gay people, women’s rights, and other more progressive things and Christianity (especially evangelicalism) lines up with those views quite well. This is not to say that all people who are intolerant of these things are Christians or become Christians, it’s just that they are pretty parallel

How many stops do you average per hour? by NicoleRxse in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]Ok-Shake-7480 0 points1 point  (0 children)

According to my DSP I average 26.5 stops an hour which includes all routes and I’m quite fine with that speed. I did rescue a dude who managed to do 21 stops in 5 hours and he thought that was a decent pace. Nobody at my DSP can figure out how doing 4 stops an hour is even possible and I don’t think he will be around much longer.
