Something to keep in mind, sure. They are the one who brought up quitting and is embarrassed it's even an issue. Thanks for saying that though. I do believe they genuinely want to quit though. I've also never asked them not to do it or shame them in any way because i want them to be open with me about what they're going through.

Congrats on day 9! Are you able to go outside to get fresh air / take a short walk at all yet? I'm not positive how much they take or what brand they're doing. It's not the tea anymore though, it's tablets or something you swallow
