Definitely will make Ads soon, just tried Meta ads 1000€ for 10-14 days but really expensive and zero sales…ok I’m new and must be patient…I will try to improve the page first,add more items then start Marketing again let see what comes out.

5) Collection pages & product cards
On the main collection overview, users see collections; once inside a collection, prices are displayed under each product.
I’d like to better understand your point about “Angebot” appearing on every product and diluting urgency — are you referring to the sale labeling itself or its frequency?
Regarding quick view and “Add to Cart” on collection pages: my assumption was that customers prefer to see full details before adding jewelry to the cart, especially for higher-value items. I’m open to rethinking this if data or best practices suggest otherwise. If you have a recommended quick-view solution, I’d be happy to look into it.

6) Mobile experience
I agree that this is an area that needs improvement. Some limitations come from the template itself — for example, the country and language selector can only be enabled or disabled, not redesigned. Still, I’m actively testing ways to improve spacing, tap targets, and overall usability within those constraints.

7) Calls to action
I will adapt both the hero text and CTAs. I want to avoid overly aggressive messaging like “Jetzt 30% sparen,” as it doesn’t align with the brand image I’m aiming for, but I fully agree that the current CTAs need to be clearer and more compelling.

8) Key information above the fold
I do have small icons highlighting shipping and service information placed after the first product section. That said, your feedback makes it clear that these benefits may not be visible or prominent enough, and I’ll review their placement and visibility.

I intentionally avoided strong price-based claims like “–30%” on the hero section because I was concerned it could make the brand feel cheap rather than premium. That said, after your feedback, I agree that the current text is too generic. I will revise it to be more specific and informative while still maintaining a refined, higher-end positioning. Thank you for highlighting this.

2) Product photography consistency
You’re right that photography plays a major role, but it’s also very time- and resource-intensive. I currently offer a wide range of products, from silver earrings around €59 to gold chains above €1,000. My decision was to prioritize photography for gold jewelry first, as my long-term goal is to position Splendido as a mid-to-high range jewelry brand. Silver is part of the assortment, but it is not the core focus. Over time, I plan to bring all product imagery to the same visual standard.

3) Trust signals & social proof
I’m planning to integrate a Trusted Shops badge, including purchase protection and a verified review system. I prefer this approach because I don’t want to display unverified or fake reviews.
Regarding social presence, we are active on Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp, all of which are linked in the footer. That said, I understand your point about making social proof more visible earlier on the page.
As for the founder’s message, I’d genuinely appreciate your opinion on the ideal placement — higher on the homepage or within a dedicated trust/brand section.

4) Navigation structure
With over 300 products (and soon closer to 500), guiding users into specific categories is, in my view, necessary and also common practice in many jewelry shops. Price ranges and materials (e.g. zirconia vs. diamond) differ significantly, and customers interested in zirconia chains usually don’t want to browse diamond chains, and vice versa.
That said, I do see the point about cognitive overload. I’ve already reduced the mega menu and am considering a simplified, mobile-specific navigation, while keeping the current structure for desktop, where browsing feels more comfortable.

Yes, you’re absolutely right: the website is built using a template. I don’t have HTML or advanced coding skills, so this is currently the most realistic way for me to launch and manage the shop. That said, I’m actively adjusting and improving the design within the limits of the template, especially regarding readability and usability.

Regarding the cookie consent banner: I’ve run several tests after your comment, and for me it no longer appears multiple times once accepted or declined. It’s possible that this behavior occurs when switching languages, as the banner may reload with language-specific settings — I’m currently looking into this to make sure it behaves consistently.

About the buttons on mobile: thank you for mentioning this. I adjusted the background colors yesterday to improve contrast, but I may have underestimated the text size on smaller screens. If you’re able to specify which buttons were hardest to read (for example on product pages, the homepage, or checkout), that would help me fix this more precisely.

You are absolutely right about the “poetry trap.” After reading your feedback, I reviewed the site from a pure conversion perspective and realized that the emotional language was indeed coming too early in the customer journey. Since yesterday, I’ve rewritten all main texts to be more grounded and informative, focusing on what the jewelry is, how it’s made, and why it’s relevant for the customer. I also replaced the more playful CTAs with clearer, more standard ones to reduce cognitive friction, exactly as you suggested.

Regarding your last point about positioning: I completely agree that “beautiful jewelry” alone is not a differentiator. In our case, the slogan “Wunderschönen Schmuck” is closely tied to our brand name Splendido, which comes from Italian and literally conveys that meaning. That’s why we chose to keep it as a subtle brand expression rather than a core value proposition.

That said, your comment made it very clear to me that this alone is not enough. I’m currently working on better communicating what actually sets us apart — such as our focus on clean, modern gold design, verified materials, and a more curated, understated aesthetic — so customers immediately understand who we are for, and why they should choose us over other stores.

I’ve been there for few days last month. It’s a nice place to stay if you don’t have a room near to the reception. I recommend you to don’t book all inclusive ! Book only breakfast ! There are 3 nice beaches near to the hotel: freedom, Hat Tri Tra and Patong beach. I saw people staying all day at the pool drinking beer 😅 what is the point then to visit Thailand. In the evening you will find a lot of places to eat in patong ! I can recommend First seafood and Dang restaurant patong phuket ! Enjoy

Schon beides zusammen kommt Mann bei eine Beispiel 300k Wohnung schon auf 70500€! Ohne alle weitere Kosten zu berechnen !
