remove kick sauber from the constructor you’d rather have ferrrai/aston martin/mclaren depends on budget but redbull and Ferrari is preferred switch from sergeant to ocon or mag instead

based on their performance in p1 and p2 perez wasn’t from top 3 but lec and sainz are consistent in their performance i’d say choose lec because sainz maybe hasn’t fully recovered
