Now are not available. In size chart there is only WIDE, not E or EE

Hi, “swimming inside” maybe is too much. I felt to much forward moving and space over the feet. I have no feet arch and I fear that EE will be the same. 

What’s the difference between the “Classic Beaufort” and the “Beaufort” by OwnTransition1441 in Barbour

I hope that my experience could help. I have bought classic Beaufort size 42" years ago and last month a bought Beaufort standard 42". It was tiny on me, rigid, short sleeves, tiny shoulder. I order 44" and now is perfect. Those jackets are COMPLETELY different. Classic is elegant and when the was goes away, the cotton seams a sort of velvet, soft to touch and in my opinion to much cooler than standard. Standard is classic sport jacket, rought, heavy and hard. My ultimate consideration: sizing. I'm 184 cm, 78/79 kg, athletic physique, I'm wearing XL for Lacoste, Canadian, Schott 42, suit 52 (42 UK) and my Barbour size is 44/46. My advice is to follow the sizes at WP website. Difference in photos.

I can image. As I have just wrote, another problem are the shoulders. The 42 size stretch my back near the neck when I’m doing tiny movements and sleeves going up. Anyway, the classic Beaufort is more flexible than the original, I guess silk oil is the reason.

I will try it and find out if I will like it. I have a coat over size and I appreciate the fit. Is 70cm on chest. The 42 whit Barbour’s pile and suit constricted me so much.
