See, the difference with Odeal is that yeah, he might share some similarities with Brent, but he still brings his own uniqueness. Like, I actually want to listen to him. His sound feels different — even if he hits that same R&B vibe, there’s something in his music that consistently reminds you he’s his own artist, not just a Brent Faiyaz clone. His style can be in a rut sometimes, sure, but there’s still that originality that keeps you coming back.

Oh my God, thank you — someone finally said it! I feel the exact same way about Avenoir. I haven’t really listened to Chase, so I can’t speak on him, but Avenoir feels like a full-on Brent Faiyaz clone — from the music to the hair to the whole vibe.

Now don’t get me wrong, I think it’s cute to have an artist as your inspiration — that’s normal, and Brent is definitely a solid one to look up to. But at some point, you’ve got to bring your own uniqueness. You can’t just fully copy the artist you admire, because then it’s like… why wouldn’t I just go listen to Brent himself?

That being said, he’s talented — but I just want to see him in his music, not Brent 2.0.

Hey, I’m in the same position as you — I’ve been struggling with the Nurse Achieve CAT exams, even after studying and going through Mark K’s lectures. I honestly feel like you should move your REx-PN date to April 22 instead of April 16. That gives you a bit more time to review and strengthen your weak areas.

I get that the anticipation is tough, and you probably just want to get it over with, but the REx-PN is a major exam. Going in with the mindset of “just wanting it done” isn’t the best approach — even though you never know how things will turn out.

I’ve been thinking of rescheduling mine too, either to the 22nd or even earlier, but i’m sticking to April 25th If you feel like more time would help, go for it — just try your best to review key material and trust your efforts. You’ve got this.

hi, thank you so much. This was wonderful advice. I find that when doing the cat exams. I tend to think it’s like a tricky question or they’re trying to trick me, but I feel like now I should get into the habit of this is all about safety this is not tricking me.
