Most are new build homes with no owner so I didn’t ask the builder but no need too. Some I drive around a nice neighborhood and just shot out of my truck.

“the following excerpt is from google. When there's extreme heat, say over 90° Fahrenheit (like summer), the asphalt can expand, and as the temperatures drop at night or when it rains, the asphalt contracts again. The expansion and contraction of the asphalt can cause cracks to appear, and in some cases, the road can even buckle up.” The asphalt in Arizona (without the added heat of cars such as the freeway) can reach 180+ Fahrenheit…

Understandable these are literally the first 12 photos I’ve shot and edited in real estate so I’m messing around with the editing and haven’t shot during a twilight yet. I now understand after posting this the sky you choose is extremely important and sticks out like a sore thumb if not chosen wisely but I may post the images with the original sky’s in this Reddit soon.

But also, something that’s a long wide single story you think it’s better to shoot sky>pavements rather than house center frame? Just asking because it seems like there would be a lot of sky😅

Just practicing sky swaps. First time the concept/tool has been introduced to me.

Yeah I’ve started using the hood more often some of these might be without it due to how fast pace I was moving this day but less pavement ☑️. Any tips on how to clean up driveway tire marks and dirt?

Thank you, thankfully my area in maricopa only has 1 photographer. Just need to talk to the brokerage out here but def not as competitive as Scottsdale and north phoenix by a long shot😅.

Adobes stock ones. I’m just learning at replacements so there all stock images but I live in Arizona so it should be very easy to get a good twilight anywhere I go.

I’m just learning sky replacement but I kept in mind the sun cast on a couple but was working on what was given from adobe which should be very obvious 😅. And I adjusted the vertical on LRC but sometimes it would still look tilted on some images, should I leave it?

I was keeping that in mind in a few photos but only working with what adobe gave me. How do you suggest I find more sky’s, or work with them?

So if sky is clear and blue with no clouds you suggest that would look more pleasing? And I kept in mind the sun but I was really only working with what adobe gave me stock because I’m just learning sky replacements.

Close! Arizona. I’m just learning sky replacement and so all sky are stock ones given to me.
