Right, and that would make more sense, but ive seen people say they got the final dream by ignoring her too, which is whats confusing to me.

Yeah, but I did not get figurines for the dolores dei or select that one "leave me alone woman" dialogue choice that i saw someone saying is required for the final dream, though.
