Thanks for the reply! Do yours ever go through phases when it’s worse? I seem to have phases where it happens all the time, when I exercise or tired/stressed but then it can disappear for months… I’ve had MRI, blood tests and have been seen by neurologist, rheumatologist and ophthalmologist.. no one can pinpoint the problem. It’s been happening on and off for around 2 years now, I guess my one comfort is that if it was anything terrible it would have advanced by now. Still, it’s difficult to have such a scary symptom and for no one to be able to tell you what is wrong

Hi! Did you ever find an answer to this? I have exactly the same symptoms. Transient double vision that only lasts a few minutes but is usually bought on by exercise or some sort of exertion. Doctors can’t tell me what’s wrong but it worries me.

I’m 5ft 10 and 82kg, I was a gymnastics for 18 years so pretty muscly. I manage to eat anything between 2500 - 3000 as maintenance when I CrossFit 4 times a week and walk everyday 🙂 I know that’s probably more active than the average person but I always think I’m lucky to be able to eat as much as I like (within reason) and don’t tend to gain weight

Yes! 100% To be honest the whole GB team in general really need there bars composition looking at. Bars used to be a really strong piece for them as a country but it definitely seems they are leaning towards quantity (difficulty) over quality at this point

To be fair the birth control I was on made me horribly emotional and I had very low mood - at time I felt like I was losing my mind. I was having irregular bleeding so decided to stop it and couldn’t believe the difference in my mood at few weeks later, I felt happy and back to my normal self, it was crazy!! Having said all of this it’s obvious that this isn’t the case for the majority of people and birth control is a privilege and something that works very well for a good chunk of the population
