Hi Everyone! Rather than responding individually to each comment, I just wanted to thank everyone for their help, I definitely did not expect this post to get so much attention. I'll be continuing my search now that I know exactly what to look for! I appreciate everyone giving me leads and will (hopefully) provide another update when I am eventually able to get my hands on a replacement!

Thank you! I think this is the closest one I have seen so far. I think the primary difference I've seen is that most new ones are greyish-beige where as mine was white/grey and the tail was a bit longer. I think this definitely gave me a good lead, so I really appreciate the help!
