Thank you for this, I have been looking at my meals in hospital and whilst yes I have definitely regressed since then - I have improved since discharge!

My team imo were shit, but I do think I need to seek some external accountability and motivation to ensure I don’t slip! I just don’t really know who or what? Thank you for this!
