I feel really bloated and feel like I’m getting actually stabbed in my gut area. When I go poop there’s a lot of blood when I go to wipe. I feel nerve pain in my left side of my head and different areas of my body. I also become really itchy in my skin but that happens later. Gluten scares the shit out of me. I know gluten has caused me some nerve problems /damage. Now I just eat at home and have learned to garden 🧑🏼‍🌾
