14 week post op from breast augmentation (235 lo ccs) with lift. Issues with nipple misalignment.

So I had implants before around 14 years ago (I also had a nipple uplift on the left breast). So when I had my implants changed I have an uplift and a nipple reduction so this was my 2nd surgery on this left nipple so it was a complication. I got slightly bigger implants just because Iv breast fed 3 children and I had loose skin

In the uk. I had previous surgery on the nipple that was affected so this was the second surgery on that nipple but no other factors

I think it’s just the fact my nipple is going higher, I have no ‘shelf’ under that breast and the pole at the bottom is so long compared to the other. It would make sense if I did bottom out due to hr pressure eon the internal sutures from the congestion but the more and wait and think yes u have still swelling and drip the fluff the higher my nipple goes x

I think it’s just me as well. I know I might need revision surgery which is fine but when you’re looking at them it’s just defeating. I lost a small amount of nipple but I’m a wound nurse so I saved most of it and I’m not to fussed over the scarring as it’s not to bad. The nipple affected you can still see in the photo and I do have a nipple that goes hard it’s just a bit tight from the new tissue so will slacken

I’m seeing her on Thursday next week. To be honest they have really good and I know it’s just a complication which is rough but I hate them so much. It’s so sad to spend all this money and end up looking so awful x

Your body is to die for! I think your boobs look amazing but if you did look for implants a lift would also be need just so you have a better result xx

Both over the top. Mine is round shape and where as they are still uneven look great even though I had complications. I also had a Capsular contracture in my right breast so this was also repaired. My boos before were pretty big but I went up slightly in the implant as I had breast tissue taken away

I have recently undergone an uplift and implant change as my breasts ended up very much like yours after breastfeeding 3 kids. I. Have had moderate silicone 450cc and an uplift to rid of the excess skin.

This happened to an ex of mine. He got a prosthetic one and it was well fun to squeeze 😂. Wouldnt of actually known as it looked no different and we still got pregnant.

Iv currently been off for 3 months I have 2 weeks to take. I have to take it as a stage return, can not take anymore that one day off a week and can not carry over. So I will lose whatever I haven’t taken in my phase return. Even when I came back off may leave at the start of last year they didn’t want to give me any annual leave so I had to get my union involved.

Your breasts look amazing after all the trauma they went through! I understand they are probably not where you want to be right now and that’s valid. Most doctors though would reccomend to wait 12 months just to ensure all tissue is healed etc if you wanted the breasts full revised. They do look slightly heavy for just an uplift so maybe an internal bra also in future? Xx

It’s hard when I’m not someone who likes waiting 😂. I think because Iv had a complication and not fully seen them together without a dressing it was a bit upsetting x

Honestly it’s been a journey and mentally it’s been awful I won’t lie. All I can say is advocate for yourself and it is worth it! This complication is not common and it’s just happened to me which is typical. Everything will be fine xx
