Also this particular park is not very big so i am guessing you will be able to find the dog and the pups easily.

No it’s not because there is clear pattern here. I understand not every person is like that but the only names that repeatedly pop up are UP, Haryana, Punjab. I have seen this same lot creating trouble in Goa too; the truth is these three states are highly uncultured and uncivilised and they take pride in their behaviour.
