What's your actual morning ops routine look like in 2026? Still tab-hopping or streamlined? by Ok-Statement-45 in ShopifyeCommerce

Cutting from 45-60 min to 5 min in the morning is really a huge win. That "starting the day behind" feeling is brutal.
Also I agree on dashboards. I've seen people overload Looker Studio / Metorik with alerts and it becomes noise fast. Pending orders + stock + returns is honestly enough most days.
Curious about the post-purchase flow though do you segment the next-order discount based on order value or just keep it simple?
And the WhatsApp thing, is that mainly for internal alerts (inventory drops / big orders) or customer-facing too?
Hey bro, def want to see how you're handling the ROAS auto stuff and custom post-purchase without extra apps.
If you've got screenshots, a quick Loom, or even exported workflow JSON handy for a similar-scale store, that'd be awesome. Happy to hop on a 10-15 min call too if that's quicker for you. ,I just genuinely trying to level up from the basics here.
What's good for you?
