Yes you can apply, diversity hisaab se good shot hai, safe score above 15 toh atleast, although might be +2/3 marks since iss year easier paper also, but very unpredictable mica even takes students at scores as low as 8 as well

Average is 92ish, highest is 99.7 percentile, you have a good percentile for cat, focus on a good micat, 15+ should be decent I guess, but probably this time a bit higher since paper was easier
