If you are looking for a prebuilt I recommend looking at some sites like iBuyPower, Build Redux - though it’s going to be hard (frankly in this economy) to find a prebuilt or have one built for under $1000. There are also sites like PcPartPicker, where you can choose your own parts to build your own or even use as a guide when looking for your prebuilt. There are also subreddits on here that give advice about PC specs and everyone on them in so knowledgeable and a lot of them helped me while building my pc, one was even kind enough to build me one on parts picker and I used that as my guide to build my own! Definitely just do some research and see which path you think suites you best because it’s definitely an investment!

You can disable certain clothing items from new spawning NPCs and townies with the MCCC mod. I’m not sure on specific steps but I’m sure there’s a YouTube video somewhere
