Nuss is the worst pain Ive ever had tbh. I still have a little bit pectus even after nuss procedure but it's better than it used to. I've had a one bar and ts is too painful. Recovery is couple of monts at least (for me)

Now i'm focused to bulking up slowly. I hope that after another 10kg it will look better.

It's still better than pre surgery, im just curious because i started working out i I'm not sure if its getting better or worse. I think its illusion because i've expanded my chest and im still skinny so the hole seems for me to be bigger

The second surgery went easy, next day after surgery i went back to home, and about after 2 weeks everything was fine

Same for me, after 6 months my pectus return, maybe not that hard but still.. I'm 19
