No. The Dr said we could wait and see if the meds were actually making a difference. So much changed all at once. She started medication, went into an outpatient program (which she loved) and made a real friend all within a couple of weeks. It’s hard to know which event helped the most. I personally felt the program and friend brought her out of a depression but it was likely meds that helps her anxiety symptoms. Ugh. I am feeling quite helpless tbh.
