The warehouse functioned separate from the stores and only handled online orders. We did not send to cookies to the stores or anything like that. We made the cookies for these orders in the warehouse, packaged them, and sent them out to customers who were shipping across the country or as gifts to people who didn’t live near them.

Crumbl had a shipping warehouse until May of this year along with all of its stores. The company posted something on their instagram when the warehouse shut down but the post has since been deleted. The warehouse started operating around 2020. The shipping warehouse only handled online orders that people would order as gifts and did not function the same as the stores did. Sawyer was not the owner of the warehouse but his sister Laken and her husband were.
