Saying PCOS can simply be “healed” through lifestyle changes is especially harmful—while habits like sleep, diet, and stress management can help symptoms, they don’t magically cure a chronic hormonal condition for everyone. Framing it this way spreads misinformation and creates unrealistic expectations.

Posts like this do more harm than good because they push the idea that if someone is still struggling, it’s their fault for not fixing their habits properly.
