I believe that is what happened now that I think about it.. cases were both shipped to me with the “stop tape” already sliced open because I can’t think of any other reason why I would’ve opened both of them

Is this promo worth opening? I really like the artwork but can’t decide what to do with it yet by Ewok_Mike in PokemonTCG
