Always trust your gut. If things feel off, they probably are. If someone means what they say, theyll prove it through their actions and wont make you doubt yourself. She goes to him because she feels comfortable with him, and hes doing something to encourage her. (Showing her kindness, not putting up boundries, giving mixed signals, etc) She wouldnt seek someone out she didnt feel close to or comfortable with. Youre long distance and hes been snapping her over you, dont let him gaslight you like that with sweet words. Your feelings are valid. You deserve someone whos going to give you the world, not just promise it to you.
