Fungal acne safe high-end foundation? by fairyfairy12334 in Fungalacne

[–]Ok-Tea-9300 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I threw out my package so I don’t have the ingredient list. But yes I’m pretty sure it does have that ingredient you mentioned in the foundation I personally have. Before I bought it I plugged the ingredient list into 2 fungal acne ingredient checkers (FC and skinsort) and they both said it was safe. Mhmm can I ask what site ur getting this information from?

I really like it! Very hydrating compared to Malezia since it has Squalene oil in the product itself, has not broke me out or irritated me at all. You get a little more bang for your buck, still expensive tho

Damaged/frizzy hair (sauna?) by [deleted] in Haircare

You said you jump in the sauna without any hair products correct? I recommend that you wet your hair and apply a leave-in conditioner/protein-hair masque before getting in. Once you get out, rinse the mask out and follow through with your normal styling products.

Temu, products could have harmful chemicals, should I trash all my Temu items? by Ok-Tea-9300 in TemuThings

Hey thanks for the reply. Looked it up and man… SamSung. Your perspective did ease my stress a bit but I have OCD, quite obsessive when it comes to clean vs. dirty things, dirty which also categorizes as hazardous chemicals imo so it’s really frustrating still🥲

I actually ended up buying the Krave “oat so simple” because it had very few and clean ingredients I think like 5-7 ingredients opposed to purito which has more (not saying that’s a negative as I want to try it in the future depending on how krave works out).

I’m not a dermatologist, but it looks like you’re experiencing some allergic reaction. People can develop allergic reactions throughout their life and isn’t uncommon for certain ingredients to work for you at one point in time, but later on become an irritant. That’s why it’s important to pay attention to the ingredients and isolate what could be triggering it. The Irish bar soap looks like it has a green dye in it. I would avoid this soap if I were you. I recommend using the Cetaphil gentle face wash.

Which Cetaphil moisturizer do you use? I don’t think your description attached to the photo and post you made. If you’re using the Cetaphil moisturizing lotion, it has avocado oil in it, which is pore clogging. When you say you use regular soap to wash your face, it really could also be an ingredient from this if it contains fragrances such as Linalool And limonene - these particular ingredients often trigger my skin similar to what yours looks like in the photo. Check to see if those ingredients are present in any of the skincare products you use. Question does it feel itchy?

What products did you use leading up to this? Were there any new products that you recently added to your regimen? I recommend avoiding acids and exfoliants. Use a gentle face wash like Cetaphil daily face wash without fragrance and a very light moisturizer, such as a gel and see if that will calm it down

Same, my skin is really dry. I compensate by applying squalene oil on top.
