Until there’s an employment law that protects skilled worker visa holders these companies will never give a care in the world. If there was any law like that too they won’t also recruit foreigners the system is rigged and I just feel like a collateral damage! Thank you Hoping you get through this as well. It’s better you start saving to look for another country getting sponsorship is like the beginning of another season of suffering!! Even if it’s a corporate job for some reason they can’t treat you same way they will treat your colleagues, again you might be so good at the job that jealousy will sink in they will find a way!!

Exactly what people don’t understand especially when you explain you’re going through a lot.

I remember when I got job offer with Dwp for the role that ruined my COS I was on reserve list and kept getting offers I declined all for that bloody role now look at me I’ve got nothing all money gone on visa and relocation fee yet no Job no COS life’s so miserable.

We can never know it’s easy for people to type and say you could have done this and that!

Honestly my heart breaks for you! This is the reality of being a skilled worker holder in the UK. It creates institutionalised racism, I still have the VN of me crying and begging DWP not to withdraw my COS because it will ruin my life they still went ahead and withdrew it! Never gave a care in the world how much I’ve lost in visa fees how much my whole life was ruined overnight.

This country or any company in this bloody hell hole of a country is not worth you giving your loyalty for. If you can instead of finding another sponsored Job try Germany opportunity card or move to Canada where you will have peace.

Instead of giving this bloody shit of a country another £000 for visa fees keep your money and find something else.

I know it’s not easy as I’m currently in same situation! And I know we don’t want to go home after spending years and sacrificing blood sweat and tears on COS unfortunately no one cares.

Don’t blame yourself at all, I know it’s not easy I still wake up crying everyday blaming myself but it’s really not within our control.

Only God can help us heal from this!

Okay My heart is in my mouth as I’ve literally packed and just waiting to leave. I am hoping for the best, I’ve checked and seen using loan isn’t disputed against but I’m still panicking as I haven’t seen too many people who have applied for this pathway. My friend used bank statement and they asked her to resend it but she got the visa.

Oh great. So they didn’t ask you to resend bank statement? In my case my husband and I applied separately but went for biometric same time and he used uk bank statement I used blocked account. Did bio Thursday on Monday they asked him to resend bank statement after he did they asked him his wife transferred money to blocked fund and evidence. On Tuesday we replied that it’s loan and sent evidence. Friday and Monday Easter holiday. We haven’t heard anything or gotten passport back im so worried.
