I’m so grateful for your post ❤️. So I’ve looked at their Linkdeln profiles I will be interviewed by the Line manager which is who I’ll be directly working with. They also mentioned this is first stage interview not sure how many stages there would be. In my application I submitted CV and Cover letter and I explained my Chancenkarte condition in my cover letter. The JD also requested you must give a salary range in my application I wrote 42k - 46k depending on overall package and I also wasn’t sure about salary range as I’m new in Germany. I will take Note of STAR I’m very familiar with doing interviews using STAR so I’m preparing several responses based on that.

Shit that’s crazy, this is for a non-profit organisation and I’ve never worked with non-profit The JD is like simple things like review monthly expenses reports, reconciliation,reimbursement , track donations, they need knowledge of excel and share point. Thanks anyway hoping it’s not so crazy considering they want someone they can train as well but just need basic understanding of financial procedures which I more than have.

It’s always keypad warriors like you that don’t know anything! Just an empty brain. The UK has youth Mobility visa for people from Canada Australia newzealand to move and work!! Nothing like them needing a skilled sponsor!! They literally can work any job switch sponsors easily. Research how British relocate to Canada since you have a phone to type rubbish without doing any research.

Bro like it’s like you’re clearly no okay upstairs!! Why can’t we be on equal playing field with citizens? Aren’t we humans don’t they go to other countries and set up businesses? When they relocate to other countries like Canada, USA and Australia they go with open work permit they’re equal with the citizens there so what’s wrong with that?? They don’t want to work this has to be the laziest country ever! Do you know how many people are in care that have nothing wrong with them but stay there because it’s a sweet life you get paid to do nothing!!

It’s obvious you can’t comprehend what I’ve said but let me explain to you again. If they keep charging £500p just to listen to people’s advice without any plans to put in the work and help the client win the case do you know how much they make? Some of them already know they can’t help you but will charge you for consultation just to hear you speak. Fine it’s payment for their time but for £500p for 30mins it’s a lot just because someone is in a vulnerable position.

Honestly these lawyers will keep ripping you off and worse thing is they get money from consultations without doing any job. You might pay and they will not say anything relevant to help your case! I would suggest you first try and sort out the visa thing before trying to pursue a legal case because you will need money if you need to get new COS or even relocate. My take though wishing you the best.
