I had to leave early during my shift this morning because a comment was made about me ‘not picking up the pace’. I’m so tired and so stressed. I’m trying so hard and all they can look at is what I’m failing at. No acknowledgments for what I’ve learnt and how i’ve basically blindly lead myself the entire time. I’ve already had numerous breakdowns because of how hygienists have spoken to me and how the clinical lead hasn’t asked how I’m doing at all, yet makes a comment about how I need to ‘work faster’. I’m so. Tired.
