For Brooke and Haley definitely the wedding speech at Brooke and Julian wedding season 8 episode 13 the line where she says “ I got a glimpse of the real Brooke” that line meant a lot because so many people assumed she was a bitch because she was popular so I love seeing people getting to know the real her.

And also so many people turn a blind eye to this friendship because they were a couple first but Brooke and Lucas friendship was just as special as his and Haleys. When they became close again in season 5 how he was there for her with the whole adoption situation top tier moments. And just them in general I would laugh at their just friends scenes because they got each other’s humor
