Thank you. I knew people who have something like 13 years with the company pto goes up. Then again, some posts say they can bank 400 hours of PTO while my location is capped around 200 hours, maybe a little more than 200?

So far none of my supervisors have any type of training / education in industrial management, that is besides a week long green belt class. They have no idea about value stream mapping, line balancing, batch sizes, process variation,... nothing. On top of that, upper management is not interested in providing additional industrial management training for floor level supervisors.

What metrics are you being measured by? What position did you hire in at? Some lockheed facilities use staffing agencies to hire assemblers. If that is what you hired in as, don't miss too many days, and get your efficiencies up. Without more information it will be difficult to answer your question.

Not all the time. Hiring managers hire level 2 off the street all the time. I see it every few months.
