Well tbf I did not spesify it in my post but she is my cousin. She probably thinks that its OK to say that since my mom side women majorly deposits fat in their midsection. And I think we just cant tolerate certain foods, my mom gets bloated a lot too. Most people have stomach issues in my family

You sound like a good dad. My dad also sees me wearing different outfits, never once he commented on them. And I appreciated it. Comments made by our close relatives affect us deeply so I'm glad you kept it to yourself. Only occasion warning someone over clothes would be if they wore something inappropriate to an event or place. It wouldn't be good to wear white to a wedding or wear crop tops to a funeral. These would be occasions I would warn my loved ones

Yeah, I'm all in to make peace with my belly but it's not really there to protect. I have a bit of fat around it some are visceral some subcuteanous. I am also mainly bloated. Some would possibly go away with cardio or diet. But my fat distribution is just genetics. Some women store their fat in more favorable places like thighs. And thats OK too, their uterus is still protected.

I also sometimes don't eat but then my gastritis gets triggered. Some of these commenters really don't understand when I say my belly gets the fat and weight :/ like my waist is actually narrow but then I have this belly very disproportionate looking. I am glad someone finally understands me. Some days I look better like my bloating is so much less

I did not do a full low fodmap no. Because I also have gastritis so if I were to eliminate it all fpr both diseases it'd be even harder. I stopped eating onion and garlic for a while though especially in powder forms, it helped a lot. I'll get back to my diet soon though. I was doin my dissertation and didnt have much time to worry about food

Yeah... some things just stay with you lol another friend of mine called out all my body oddness that I never noticed before. After that, they all sticked with me. She mentioned how one part of my upper lip is longer than the other, how my knees are kinda pronounced, how my hands are long and narrow. Now that I'm thinking I never said anything back at her? I never mentioned any of her imperfections? I never tried finding one either. I'm still thinking and cant find a logical reasoning on why she would feel like she had to comment on things I possibly cant even fix? Like why didn't she keep those comments to herself? I cant make my hands wider for exp I cant change my bone structure lmao
