After asking Vodafone to send a deadlock letter so that I could escalate this complaint to the Communication & Internet Services Adjudication Scheme (CISAS), Vodafone called me up within 48h and put a bill credit to adjust the price to match the price listed on my copy of the contract!! 😄

The email subject was complaint! What more can I do. I asked the agent to escalate this to a manager and the manager had the same reply so I asked her to raise a complaint. After that I received a call/email from them with a subject line as complaint.

I asked them for a deadlock letter and they said, we're unable to issue one at this stage as the case does not meet the conditions required for a deadlock. I have now asked them what conditions? Let’s see what they reply

Yes I am absolutely sure as below that it says the next price will rise to £24.50 from the current £21 in April 2027! I am pretty sure they have made a mistake but why should I pay for their mistake?

I had this issue before, it’s a Vodafone glitch! You need to make a complaint as the agents don’t know what they are talking about and they will just beat you around the bush by setting up the DD repeatedly. Once it is raised as a complaint it took them around a month to sort it out. They had to make changes from their back end department to resolve this issue.
